Fr Systems registration forms and order forms require you to provide personal information – name, address and/or email address. If you are purchasing an entry to Rock 2 Rock, let’s Rock. You will be asked to provide financial information – your debit or credit card numbers but this is not stored and only used for a single use transaction. This financial information is retained by FR systems and not passed onto ORA events with the exception of transaction amount and time, in case of a customer query.

FR systems collect information from you when you purchase a ticket for Rock 2 Rock, let’s Rock using the FR systems website site. You will be directed to the FR systems site automatically when you click on a ‘Entry Pass/Sign Up’ button.
How do we use your information?
FR Systems may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase or use certain other site features in the following ways:
· To pass to ORA Events for your participation/attendance of the event
· To email you about important information relating to the event you have registered for including texting you your result
· To email you confirmation of the events you have registered for
· FR Systems or Entryhub.co.uk does not own any of the data used on it’s website all data is owned by the event organiser, ORA Events.
ORA Events will use the data to:
· Contact you regarding the event including pre event information and information we think adds to the value of your customer experience.
· Contact you about future events
How do FR Systems protect visitor information?
FR Systems website Entry hub is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to their site as safe as possible.
Regular Malware Scanning is used.
FR Systems booking site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under the control of FR systems. FR systems use 128 bit industry standard Secure Server Software (SSL) for your transactions with them. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

ORA Events do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. A limited amount of your data, Name, Running Number, Time and Club may be passed onto local press, after the race, for publication of the results. This will also be displayed on the website.
Name, Email and running number will be passed onto our photo partner so they can contact you regarding the purchase of your race photos.
In the event of an emergency, if requested by the medial team we will pass relevant details onto our medial provider. This should be written by the runner by hand on the back of their running number, if this is not present, not accessible or illegible, it maybe necessary to obtain this information via ORA Events or FR Systems. This is purely for your safety.
Consent is gained from each participant to allow this transfer of data to these identified third party companies and no other.

Retention Policy
Data is retained for 6 years during which time regular emails will be sent out to each participant with an option to unsubscribe. Emails which regularly bounce back will be deleted as they are no longer deemed as relevant data.
