Rock 2 Rock Let’s Rock comprises of a sunset beach run along one of the Isle of Wight’s most stunning beaches and back to the South Island Sevens Race Village at Appley Beach. A event for all the family to enjoy whatever your fitness or ability.

• Junior 200 meters – Ideal for junior runners aged 0-12yrs
• Junior 1 Mile – Ideal for budding young runners aged between 6 and 12 yrs
• 3k – An enjoyable beach run for runners of all abilities. Minimum entry age 6yrs
• 5k – An enjoyable beach run for all runners. Minimum entry age 8yrs
• 10k – An enjoyable beach run for all runners. Minimum entry age 15yrs

Once you cross the finish line, kick back, enjoy some food and a celebratory drink. A fantastic line up of live music acts will grace the stage as the sun sets and complete your Rock 2 Rock Let’s Rock experience.
